I just discovered and am voraciously reading Groundswell, winning in a world transformed by social technologies. It summarizes and covers so much of what I’ve been following and focusing on for the last five years. My quest for “Web 2.0” knowledge began when I read Love is the Killer Ap, Cluetrain Manifesto, and Unleashing the Idea Virus.
I’ve read many books since then, but this one not only seems to summarize what’s important in new marketing/media these days, but covers in depth each tool and technology related to the aspect of online communities.
The next book I’m likely to read is Everything is Miscellaneous, written by one of the co-authors of Cluetrain Manifesto.
